Return Process

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
